Our Story
To provide Education and Health facilities to the people is the major responsibility of government of a country. Pakistan being an un-developed country could not provide these facilities to the people. There were many private institutions which were serving the nation but in 1972, they were nationalized. After the nationalization, the standard of the education was badly affected. Government failed to improve the educational system.
At that time, some educated people decided to meet the need of the people and opened school to provide the best education to the future of the nation. So in the early 80’s and 90’s many private school sprang up all over the Pakistan. But only few schools could provide the better educational environment. They emphasize only curricular activities. They never tried to work on the development of a child. Therefore the students of the present time are getting good marks but their confidence level is almost zero. So the school like “Eden Home” was needed in this prospect.
Keeping in mind the issue of child development Mr. Mahmood Riaz Chaudhry opened a child development center named as “Eden Home School System & Child Development Centre” on March 01, 2000 in 467-B Satellite Town Gujranwala.
Firstly, the school was opened for Toddler and play group. This class was promoted every year. Not a single student was admitted in other class. After a year the campus was shifted to the 117-B Satellite Town Gujranwala due to lack of the sitting capacity of the students in the previous campus.
The efforts of the chairman and staff members came fruitful and the name of the “Eden Home” spread all over the city. Parents were eager to get their child admitted in this institution. Therefore a vast campus was needed, so campus was shifted to the 11-D Satellite Town Gujranwala.
At this time the school was in full swing. With the passage of time, the school progressed by “leaps and bounds” due to untiring efforts of the administration under the dynamic leadership of the chairman Mr. Mahmood Riaz Ahmed Chaudhary. The campus was divided into two main campuses, Boys and Girls. A new building was specified for boys 16-D Satellite Town Gujranwala. In 2015, another building was hired for the boys 6th to 10th 8-D Satellite Town Gujranwala.
