Departments

Many departments have been established for the academic, intellectual and physical growth of the students. They all are working under the great leadership of honorable chairman.

Teachers Training Department

This is the most important pillar of the school infrastructure. Teachers are given training on different topics and teaching methods. They are not only helped the teachers in their academic career but also fulfill the needs of the educational system of the school. Daily morning meetings and monthly training sessions are the real proof of this department. Different topics and methods are discussed in the meetings.

Students Training Department

In this department different training sessions are being held for the students. Students are taught different modern techniques and skills in these sessions. Our worthy chairman himself delivers lectures to the students. Different activities are performed by the students. Moral, spiritual and educational lectures are given to the students on daily basis by the chairman, principal and teachers.

Parents Training Department

This department deals with training programs for parents. Mostly parents are unaware about modern educational system. They also do not know about the growth processes of the children. For the better physical and intellectual growth of the children different training sessions are arranged for the parents under the supervision of this supervision of this department. Some major topics of the training sessions are as follows:

Habits and Attitude of children

Academic Affairs Department

This department is really a backbone of the institution. This department deals with all the academic activities in the institution. It has been divided into three groups.

Pre and Primary School
Middle School
High school

Efficient and active teachers appointed as academic affair incharge. They deal with the following affairs:

Student’s academic observation

Recreational Activities Department

All the co-curricular activities are being conducted under this department. All the kinds of functions on different occasions are arranged by this department like

Protection & Care Department

“Health is wealth” is a well-known proverb. This department has been established to deal with health problems of the students. For helping to improve the physical health, life history of the students is taken within three days after getting admission in the school. This report is very beneficial for the future growth of students. Every month the report of height and weight of each student is prepared. If any deficiency is found in any student, a detailed report is presented to the parents.

Admission and Withdrawal Department

This department deals with admission and withdrawal of the students. Our front desk managers inform the visitors about the policies and system of the school. Admission form and school leaving certificates are issued under this department.

Evaluation and Assessment Department

This department deal with the weekly, monthly and term wise assessments. Controller of examination works under this department who assigns different task to the teachers and HODs like preparation of question papers for monthly tests and terms. All the results are prepared under the supervision of the departmental head.

Complaint and Suggestion Department

It is quite natural that students and parents face different problems in schools. To facilitate the students and parents this department is working efficiently. All complaints and suggestion are enrolled. \required action is taken and within 24 hours, feedback is given to the related person.

This committee analyzes the terms results and Annual Board results. The result is analyzes subject wise. Papers are checked comprehensively. Objective and Subjective portions are analyzed separately which enable the members to identify the deficiency of the students in concept clearance and learning capacity. Writing pattern, attempting the paper and paper presentation are major issues which are discussed in this meeting. New policies and ideas are discussed for the improvement of the students.

Accounts Department

Clubs & Societies

About 13 clubs and societies have been established for the co-curricular activities of students. Friday is celebrated as activity day. Students assemble in their respective clubs and societies and enjoy different activities. These clubs and societies work under the recreational activities department. These clubs and societies are supervised by the elected body including President, Vice President, General Secretary, Finance Secretary and joint secretary. These representatives are elected for a single term. The clubs and societies not only provide the students fun and enjoyment but also provide them a platform to show their abilities and skills. They also create a sense of brotherhood, harmony and sociability among the students.
